How to assemble:
- Print each page (unless you do not wish to use some of the images on pages 8 and 9)
- Print on cardstock or bring to your local print shop
- Cut out the flags
- Punch small holes at the top corners of each banner for string or ribbon to pass through
- optional: place tape on the string or ribbon behind each flag (between the holes) to keep flag from moving
